Created for tired parents who want better sleep without leaving their baby alone to cry.

Because you shouldn't have to choose between supporting your baby and getting some actual sleep.

Gentle sleep support shouldn’t cost hundreds of dollars.

Getting help with your baby’s sleep can get expensive quickly. Sleep courses can cost hundreds of dollars, and one-on-one sleep consultations can cost even more.

Well Rooted Rest was created because I wanted families to have the option I didn’t... An affordable, comprehensive resource that gives you the guidance and step-by-step support you need without spending $300 on a course or $500 for a private consultation.

Inside, you’ll get the full Well Rooted Rest approach - from sleep foundations and schedules to fading sleep associations, night wakings, naps, troubleshooting, and what to do when things don’t go according to plan.

Because getting help for your baby’s sleep should be affordable for everyone.

You’ve taken the first step with the free guide.

The complete guide shows you exactly what to do next.

Your free guide gave you practical strategies for one piece of your baby’s sleep.

But baby sleep rarely happens in isolation. Naps can affect bedtime. The way your baby falls asleep can show up again during night wakings. Schedules, sleep associations, development, temperament, and routines can all play a role.

And when you’re actually standing beside the crib at bedtime—or awake again in the middle of the night—you need more than another sleep tip.

You need to know what to do next.

That’s where the complete Well Rooted Rest Guide comes in. It walks you step-by-step through sleep foundations, gradually fading sleep associations, bedtime, night wakings, naps, transitions, schedules, and troubleshooting—so you can understand what’s happening and have a clear plan for how to respond.

All while staying responsive and connected with your baby.

It’s 3 a.m. Again.

You’ve just gotten your baby back to sleep. You’re exhausted, but instead of falling back asleep, your mind starts racing.

“Everyone keeps telling me I need to sleep train…”
“Am I creating bad habits by helping my baby to sleep?”
“How many more times are we going to do this tonight?”
“Is there really no way to change this without leaving my baby to cry?”

There is a middle ground.

You can respond when your baby needs you and make intentional changes toward better sleep.

You can comfort, connect, and stay present while gradually helping your baby need less support to fall asleep and return to sleep.

You don't have to choose between waiting it out and crying it out.

What makes Well Rooted Rest different?

This is not a "shut the door and hope for the best" sleep plan. It also isn’t a plan that tells you to simply "wait it out" when your family is exhausted and ready for something to change.

Well Rooted Rest was created for the space in between. The middle ground. You’ll learn how to support your baby through sleep changes while gradually shifting from stronger sleep associations toward lighter ones - without removing comfort, connection, and responsiveness from the process.

There may be frustration and some tears. Babies are people, and even gentle change can bring big feelings.

The difference is your baby will never be left alone with those feelings.

You'll know how to respond, how to adjust, and how to keep moving forward without going against your instincts (or losing your sanity).

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this sleep training? Will my baby cry?

Well Rooted Rest is a gentle, responsive approach to independent sleep, not traditional sleep training or cry-it-out. You’ll gradually reduce sleep support while staying present and responsive to your baby throughout the process.

That doesn’t mean there will never be tears. Babies can protest change, even when it’s gentle. The difference is that your baby is never left alone to cry.

Can I breastfeed? Do I have to night wean?

Absolutely - you can continue breastfeeding. And no, you do not have to night wean to work toward independent sleep.

Feeding and independent sleep are separate. The guide will help you distinguish between waking for a feed and waking because your baby needs a familiar sleep association to return to sleep, so you can continue age-appropriate night feeds while gradually working on sleep.

How long does the process take?

This is a gradual approach, not a three-night sleep-training promise. Many families may begin noticing meaningful changes within 2-3 weeks, but every baby is different. Age, temperament, current sleep associations, consistency, and how gradually you choose to move through the steps can all affect the timeline.

What if I’ve already tried other sleep advice and nothing has worked?

You don’t need a “perfect sleeper” for this approach to work. Well Rooted Rest isn't built around forcing every baby into the same schedule or expecting every family to follow the exact same timeline.

You'll learn how to look at your baby's current sleep associations, temperament, schedule, environment, and individual needs—and then decide where to begin. If something isn't working, the guide includes troubleshooting and ways to adjust rather than simply telling you to try harder.

Is this for all babies? What ages?

The guide is designed for babies approximately 4–18 months old, with guidance that can be adapted based on age, temperament, development, and your family's needs.

If your baby has a medical condition, feeding or growth concerns, breathing concerns, or another health issue that may be affecting sleep, speak with your child's healthcare provider before making changes to their sleep routine.

How do I get the guide after purchasing?

Immediately! After purchasing, you'll receive an email with a link to download your complete Well Rooted Rest Guide. It's yours to keep, so you can come back to it as your baby's sleep changes.

If you have trouble accessing your guide, email hello@wellrootedrest.com or send me a DM on Instagram @wellrootedrest.
